Since 1988, MCS founder and President Karolyn Kiburz has been
using her extensive experience with meetings and events of all sizes, spearheading the planning and execution of local and national conferences, seminars & conventions.
Association Management: From committee work, board service, to executive director and critical operations; associations require specialized management. Karolyn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her vast involvement with associations since 1986.
Karolyn graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Recreation/Tourism.
She is past President of the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (1998-99) and was awarded "Planner of the Year" from the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of MPI in 1996. Karolyn is also a member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee and an Honorary Commander at Luke Air Force Base.

Connie is a member of Meeting Professionals International and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Recreation/Tourism.

Meetings & Association Assistant/Special Projects, Loreesa has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, beginning with her early days in food & beverage, hotel and catering sales, conference services, event management, and meeting planning. Loreesa joined the MCS team in 2017. She provides services for Association clients with membership database management, website content, communications distribution and other critical support needed by our associations and meetings clients. She has also taken on special projects to further MCS's commitment to meet the unique and specific needs of our clients.
In 2025, Loreesa was honored to receive the President's Award from the President of Arizona Society of Association Executives (AzSAE) recognizing her invaluable, behind the scenes work.
And she is also a beagle mom.
